  • Personal Training

    Silverback Strength Systems offers one on one instruction for individuals who desire a concentrated program focusing specifically on their goals.  With personal training the client benefits from the coach's years of experience and training.  Whether your goal is to simply lose weight or train for a competition, personal training will get you there the quickest. 

  • Industrial Strength Training Program

    The primary benefits of implementing a customized industrial strength training program are threefold.

    INJURY PREVENTION:  Our first priority is the protection of your employees.

    LONG TERM HEALTH:  The reduction of lost work time due to illness and injury benefits both the employee and the employer.

    REDUCED LIABILITY:  Employers who provide their workers with proper strength training advice and techniques can reduce liability and claims of negligence based on a “failure to train”.  

    Simply saying, “lift with your legs, not your back” is not enough.

  • Group Training

    Group training is an excellent way to propel your fitness forward.  Three primary factors make group sessions an excellent choice.

    ENCOURAGEMENT: When colleagues and co-workers train together in a sprit of partnership and camaraderie everyone grows.

    COMPETITION:  When an element of competition is introduced everyone works harder by pushng themselves and their teammates.
